Shaping Autumn with a Restorative Yoga Holiday
26 – 29 October 2020 | Rust am See, Neusiedlersee
Let us cherish the last rays of light before winter arrives!
Welcome to join me for 4 days of mindful yoga practice in a gorgeous spot with direct view to the lake, meditation circles and biking while inviting a spirit of lightness and well-being.
The old town of Rust is considered to be one of the most picturesque of its kind and it is protected as an historic monument. It is well known as a town for storks and traditional, archetypal wine-growing.
The mild climate of the area with the soothing nature and the excellent cycling paths, biking for pleasure, inspired me the most for this yoga getaway.
I have chosen for our group different types of accommodation. In the old town of Rust as well as by the lake. I could send all options to you to choose and I could also organize the booking if you wish to.
We will enjoy long yoga sessions in the mornings diving smoothly into physical awareness and breathing. In the late afternoons we will be gathering for silent meditation.
There will be enough time in between our sessions to relax, embrace the beautiful nature, take walks in the old streets of Rust town, bike or simply do nothing enjoying our time by the lake.
Our seminar will begin on Monday 26th October in the morning and will end up on Thursday 29th October late in the afternoon.
Feel free to contact me for further details and booking.
Maximum of participants in the group 10 people.
My Intention Taking a break from daily routine we embrace the serenity of nature. Spending time by the lake at this time of year can be so refreshing for body and mind. We are in the flow of the moment!
Offering to ourselves the soothing effects of yoga bien tempéré, we promote a profound boost for our immune system while polishing the quality of our breathing.
Motivation, inspiration and deep relaxation will be our reward!Looking forward to welcoming you to such a rejuvenating and joyful journey!
