Lanzarote, a Spanish island in the Atlantic Ocean, is the easternmost of the Canary islands and is located about 125 km off the west coast of Africa. Lanzarote is a magical spot on this planet. With a healing energy, fascinating moon landscapes, hidden colours and the powerful Atlantic Ocean the island becomes a source of inspiration.

TRAVEL TO LANZAROTE / ACCOMMODATION
There are direct charter flights to Lanzarote from Austria and other European Countries.
Your travel agent can provide you with detailed information about flight options to Lanzarote but if you prefer to book your trip independently there is a number of platforms with great offers | email us to receive a list with travelling tips and links.
If you decide for a hotel arrangement please do make sure to book your accommodation on the Resort of Playa Blanca, situated on the south coast of the island and only 20km away from Lanzarote’s airport.
However, if you prefer private accommodation, we could forward you a list with private houses and studios to rent in good prices and with walking distance to our yoga place.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Please do make sure to arrive latest on Sunday evening, as the seminar will open with a group dinner together scheduled for Sunday early evening.
The yoga practice will begin on Monday morning and will end on Friday around midday. Plans for Friday afternoon can vary according to the needs of the group but ritual insists on a last meal together to share our experiences and celebrate our time together.
Feel free to organize your journey respecting your personal needs and possibilities and make sure to share with us your travel itineraries.
Our yoga sessions will take place on the village of Las Breñas which is located 8 km away from Playa Blanca and can be reached by car.
Practice will take place Wednesday to Monday morning starting at 9.30 am and each session will last for about two hours. During the seminar focus will be given on the inspirational tools of “Strength and Stability” and the practice of conscious breathing. The yoga sessions will be based on the hatha-yoga technique, Style Eva Ruchpaul. The classes will be structured in such a way that practitioners of all levels and styles will be able to follow and receive a full profit of it.
In the afternoons, we will be enjoying hikes and meditative walks in the area of the National Park, around the Montañas del Fuego.
In between our sessions, there will be plenty of time to relax, swim or sunbathe and have time to savour the healing effects of our wonderful yoga practice. Detailed timetable will be sent to you after your registration to the retreat. Kindly register in due time.
As my wish is to teach in a peaceful environment and to focus on individual guidance the group size is limited and beginners are most welcome.
