Every day… waking up, moving fast, doing so many things at once, having one day to accomplish expectations, goals, dreams and at the end we have done too much. We often operate in a “too much” modus. In an overflow of activity.


Is there enough time to digest what we experience? do we offer to ourselves enough quality time to reflect, to feel the effects of our actions? are we mastering our time?


Do we accept the idea of doing a bit less?


Let us change the tempo. Choose a retreat, step out of the daily routine and retreat to nature.


 Re connecting to nature is what truly matters. Stepping out of what is ordinary to review our attitude towards the things we do.


Cultivating a balanced, refreshed mind.


Making the choice to master creatively our time. In other words, taking a time out_


Enjoying a time out, honouring the body and offering rest.


Retreating in nature is healing and emotionally supportive. As nature is the sweet reminder of a forgotten wisdom. We connect to nature in order to sense another perception of time. Time without obstacles – a space where everything flows _ a retreat of the routine.


In nature we feel serene, content, inspired. here there is space to reflect upon our actions.


we take time to be mindful. to master this space between two breaths.

We breath the pulse of nature and this reshapes our ability to react, soothens the mind, nourishes our soul.


The moment we re -establish an authentic connection with the universal soul we will feel joy , mental strength and self-confidence.

  1. Yoga…. was für ein Geschenk!

    Durch meine nun schon mehr als 20-jährige Praxis mit Anastasia habe ich gelernt auf meinen Körper zu hören, das Zwiegespräch mit ihm zu suchen und auf seine Bedürfnisse einzugehen. Es ist eine regelrechte Liebesbeziehung zwischen uns entstanden.

    Achtsamkeit, den Bedürfnissen des Körpers und des Geistes gegenüber. Und gleichzeitig auch den Bedürfnissen anderer gegenüber – aller Wesen… sei es Mensch, Tier oder Pflanze. Sich mit der Natur verbinden.

    Das ist es, was Yoga für mich ausmacht!

    Die letzte Stunde, die ich in Anastasias Yogaklasse verbringen durfte, war außergewöhnlich. Durch den subtilen Einsatz von Asanas und Pranayama kam ich in einen fast euphorischen Zustand. Die Übungen gingen leicht und wie von selbst. Und diese gute Laune hat auch noch den ganzen nächsten Tag angehalten!

    Was für ein Geschenk diese wunderbare Technik und die wunderbaren Frauen, die sie vermitteln, kennengelernt zu haben!

    1. Lovely Brigitte, I feel so thankful to have you into my life as a friend and as a student and soon as a yoga colleague!!
      I feel really proud of you that you made the desicion to follow the education of Eva Ruchpaul in Paris, and soon to be ready with it. I am sure you will be an inspirational teacher and I wish you wonderful students that will help to grow in this profession. I will be there too to support this journey if I may.
