WEEK LONG SEMINAR SUMMER 2020
Three rejuvenating yoga sessions will give us the chance to enjoy the effects of daily yoga practice integrated into our normal lives. We will take the time to cleanse from the tension of the past months , returning back to our strength with mindful yoga and breathing practice.
